New Year's Eve Celebration

We will be celebrating New Year's Eve with a special five-course dinner. There will be one seating:

5:30 - 8 p.m.

First Course: Land, Air & Sea Charcuterie
Berkshire head cheese and bone marrow with garlic ash cracker, salmon butter and salmon skin chicharron, duck liver pate and crispy duck skin

Second Course: Lark Kitchen's Bloody Mary
Dungeness crab salad, foie-stuffed olives, charred endive, pickled vegetables and tomato vodka vinaigrette

Third Course: Octonuts
Grilled octopus, pea shoot and lime, soba noodles and broth served in a coconut

Fourth Course: Duck, Duck, Goose
Duck sausage agnolotti pasta with duck confit served with a roasted plum and foie sauce and braised fennel

Fifth Course: Spoon-worthy Spumoni
Pistachio Genoise cake, Absinthe-pickled satsuma citrus, house mascarpone and Meyer lemon ice cream, Luxardo cherry drizzle
