Dinner Most Fowl

We’re celebrating local chicken, duck and MacFarlane’s amazing pheasant with this four-course dinner featuring local, seasonal ingredients.

Our special guests will be Dori and Bill MacFarlane of MacFarlane Pheasants, who will talk about running America's largest pheasant farm just down the road from us.

Each of the following courses will be paired with wine.

First Course
Pheasant and Leek Pasty with Watercress Salad

Second Course
Roasted Duck with Lentils on Carolina Gold Rice with Braised Kale and Au Jus

Third Course
Brick Chicken Thigh Marsala with Molasses-Caramelized Pine Nuts

Dessert
Bittersweet Chocolate Pie

Doors open at 6 p.m. for cash bar. Dinner begins at 7 p.m.
