Celebrate the end of Prohibition with a 1920s-themed night of classic cocktails and swanky supper club fare. Costumes optional.

Mary Pickford: Rum, pineapple, maraschino liqueur, grenadine

First Course
Relish Board with pickled vegetables, pate, house-made bread
Buster Brown: Whiskey, lemon, ginger, orange bitters

Second Course
Lark Wedgie: Our take on a Wedge Salad with house-made bacon, Blue Paradise blue cheese, candied walnuts, bib lettuce
South Side: Gin, lime, simple, mint leaves

Third Course
Prime Rib with rosemary mashed potato, au jus, seasonal vegetable
Ward 8: Rye, lemon, orange juice, grenadine

Fourth Course
Cheesecake with blackberry sauce
Pink Lady: Gin, Applejack, lemon, grenadine, egg white
