Okay ... we're a few days late, but not a platter short. We're celebrating the wonderful cuisine of Mexico with a special four-course dinner. Our culinary team is busily throwing around their ideas from family recipes and traditional favorites.
Welcome: House-made chips and salsa
First Course: Barbacoa street tacos
Second Course: Pasole with pork
Third Course: Duo of enchiladas - one roasted vegetable and chicken tinga, served with rice and beans
Dessert: Tres Leches cake
With sides of beans and rice.
An optional tequila and mezcal cocktail pairing will be available the night of the event for $25.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m.
