The bounty of summer not only makes great food, it makes amazing cocktails. We are taking our cocktail class to Rotary Botanical Gardens (RBG) for a special demonstration on how you can use fresh herbs, flowers, fruits, and vegetables to create deliciously refreshing cocktails. Lark's Beverage Manager, Billy Burg, will demonstrate how to make flavored syrups, shrubs, and cocktails that feature the flavors of summer. Then we'll head out to RBG's herb garden for a tutorial on the care of herbs by Mark Dwyer, the garden's Director of Horticulture. There will be cocktail samples and snacks throughout the afternoon. Participants must be 21 or older.
