Pig & Brew Dinner

We're celebrating the Berkshire pork of McKenna Farms and the brews of Gray's Brewing Company in this four-course dinner. Joe McKenna will be on hand to talk about his farm and representatives of Gray Brewing will share insights on their brews. $60 per person includes a ticket for a Gray's Brewery tour. Doors open at 6 p.m. Dinner at 7 p.m.


Welcome cocktail featuring Amber Ale 

First Course: House-made pork sausage on cheesy polenta with beer vinegar with shaved apsaragus.
Paired with Busted Knuckle

Second Course: Local greens salad with confit pork and strawberries tossed in a Honey Ale vinaigrette. Honey Ale.
Paired with Honey Ale

Third Course: Pork tenderloin marinated in house-made mustard and mulled wine with ham-fat popovers and braised greens. 
Paired with Wisco Wheat

Dessert: Gooey white chocolate cake with shaved root beer-brined pork cheeks and stout ice cream. 
Paired with a root beer cocktail
