Enjoy an agave-based cocktail and light appetizer and then four courses paired with two agave-spirits per course. Damien Hunter from Winebow is selecting a superior assortment of agave-based spirits, which will be paired with a multi-course dinner inspired by Chef Nicholas’ six-month stage at Quintonil in Mexico City. Full menu details will be shared in June.
The dinner is $125 per person and does not include gratuity. A $65 non-refundable deposit per person will be required, which will be deducted from your bill the night of the event. We will do our best to honor requests to be seated with other guests, but please let us know in advance as seating will be assigned. Please notify us of any allergies and we will do our best to accommodate.
