We’re continuing our culinary tour of Italy with a stop in Piedmont - a region of Italy bordering France and Switzerland, sits at the foot of the Alps. Piedmont is known for rich dishes featuring truffles and cream sauces, exceptional wines such as Barolo and Barbara, but it's also Italy's most culinarily progressive region. It is the home of the Slow Food movement.
This five-course dinner is $85 per person, which includes paired cocktails. The menu includes Veal Tonnato, Grilled Romaine with Bagna Cauda, Tajarin with white truffle, Brasato al Barolo, and Hazelnut Panna Cotta.
Gratuity is not included.
